Spotify’s Marketing team is focused on connecting artists and creators with fans in ways that feel authentic, culturally relevant, and impactful. As part of the broader Markets & Subscriber Growth organization, this team helps grow Spotify’s presence across emerging and high-growth markets by developing locally resonant campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention. In this role, you’ll work across East Africa and selected Sub-Saharan African markets, partnering closely with global and regional teams to shape how Spotify shows up for listeners every day.
