We’re here to make every interaction with listeners and creators count, and to amplify their voices across the business.

We support our users where they want us to be, over email and chat, on social media, and via our dedicated Spotify Community site. And just like the rest of the business, we weave creativity and innovation into everything we do.

From writing apologies in playlists to surprising people with song recommendations, we treat every query as an opportunity to deliver meaningful and unexpected brand experiences, and ultimately, make our users smile.
