We’re searching for a Senior Recruiter & Strategic Sourcer to help shape the way Spotify attracts, connects and hires world-class talent. In this role, you’ll help implement sourcing strategies that fuel critical hires today and create pipelines we can share across Talent Acquisition teams for tomorrow. You’ll flex seamlessly between strategic sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting, always ensuring Spotify stays ahead in the race for the most competitive talent. 

You’ll be a trusted partner, an innovator, and a connector - leveraging AI, insights, and market expertise to drive smarter, more scalable recruiting strategies across the business. This role will sit within one of our P&T TA teams, but will impact work across global TA.
