Spotify Advertising is looking for an Associate Manager to support the execution of our advertising business marketing strategy in the UK - one of Spotify’s most important markets - helping us drive demand and grow consideration among brands, media agencies, and advertising partners in the market.

This role sits within the International Marketing team. Working closely with partners across the organisation, you will help create and run compelling integrated marketing campaigns, inclusive of digital, social, and experiential extensions that align with global narrative and research to drive awareness and consideration for advertising on Spotify.

We are a fast-moving team, and seeking someone with excellent project management skills, strategic and creative thinking, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You are resourceful, organised, have exceptional attention to detail and have the ability to develop well-defined processes to support effective project rollouts.

This position reports to the Head of EMEA Business Marketing and will include close day-to-day collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager in the UK plus local, regional and international teams. The position is hybrid, with the expectation to work from our London office at least 2 days per week.
