Ever wanted to have part in building a ground breaking team? Come and join our first ever team of Research Coordinators (RC's) at Spotify, in the Advertising Business Unit. We are currently hiring for two roles within our Advertising Insights Operations Team; Senior Research Operations Coordinator and Research Operations Coordinator. As an RC in the advertising space, your primary responsibility will be to work together with our Insights team of Data Scientists and User Researchers on each research study, owning participant recruitment as well as all other research operations logistics. The team will report to the Insights Operations Manager, and will work with them as well as other partners to evolve the research operations landscape (with an emphasis on the participant recruitment process); by identifying creative opportunity spaces, and crafting comprehensive solutions to empower our Insights community as they evolve at a rapid rate.
So what’s the difference between the two roles? As a Senior RC you will use your extensive research operations experience to own the entire research operations process for studies within the Advertising space and will build and own processes, programs, and resources within the Insights space - setting the tone for the RC team. As an RC, you will use your basic research and/or general operations skills (and are looking for an opportunity to grow your skills) - to own the entire research coordination process for studies, and will contribute to the delivery of processes and programs that the Senior RC and Insights Ops Manager will build.
