The Design Team in Ad Performance Platform works across a wide range of business-critical product initiatives — from extending Spotify’s design system to support ad formats and tooling, to developing new audio-forward ad formats, to setting the long-term vision for brands on Spotify, to building exceptional internal tools to support our rapidly scaling ads business. Everything we build is, at its core, a capability for other teams, so we take deep pride in being deeply customer focused, and detail obsessed.
