Our team’s focus is to enable users to purchase any Spotify premium product, working on critical components for conversion like check-out, cancellation flow and change plans. We also work on the user account platform which enables other teams to provide features on the account page. We’re dedicated to enhancing the user experience for our customers and play a vital role in Spotify’s growth mission as we expand into more new markets.
The engineering team is not only responsible for building world-class technical solutions but is also deeply involved in the conceptualisation part of the process. We work closely with user researchers, data scientists and designers to build hypotheses around opportunities related to specific cultures, regions or markets. These hypotheses are tested and validated by building A/B tests and prototypes before shipped to all of our end users.
