Spotify is seeking a Compliance Manager to join the Security Tribe who will closely work with Engineering and Audit functions. You’ll be focused on leading the execution of tasks for the Risk and Controls Program within Spotify. You will work on ensuring tasks are completed timely and meet expectations. Additionally, you will play an integral part in recommending process improvements and in helping to implement these updates. This role will require an understanding of Internal Controls and Security practices as well as experience in working with Technology teams.

What You'll Do
- Run compliance projects, defining key achievements, dependencies and successful on-time delivery.
- Design, implement, supervise, and maintain GRC with engineering and business partners.
- Identify, assess, and advise on compliance risks and controls to a variety of partners
- Analyze existing processes in order to propose optimization opportunities.
Who You Are
- Experience working on teams composed of both technical and non-technical members.
- 3+ years of experience with security compliance frameworks, controls, and best practices: AICPA Trust Principles (SSAE 18 - SOC 2), GDPR, regulations governing personally identifiable information (PII), and other regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Ability to problem-solve, multitask, track and organize data, present to key stakeholders, and partner with internal and external customers
- Desire to succeed in a data-driven, fast changing, and innovative environment
